Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (French-speaking) for an on-site role in Barcelona. You will provide expert account management, develop growth within existing portfolios, and prepare proposals to drive profitability.

The position offers full-time hours (39 per week), a starting gross salary of €21,000 with a bonus potential up to €7,000, and extensive training. You can advance through our mobility programs and career development opportunities at a Great office location in

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in French with intermediate English.
• Solid sales background and previous experience in Sales B2B.
• Strong communication skills.
• Achievement and goal oriented, motivated and self-starter.
• Experience working with channel.
• Dynamic and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
• Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account.
• Develop and maintain the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activity.
• Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals - Focus on driving profitability through proactive management - Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.
• Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls.
