Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (English). You will manage qualified inbound calls for commercial business development and account management of gold customers and partners, logging all contacts in the CRM.

The ideal candidate has fluent English and at least one year of related sales experience, plus strong negotiation and communication skills. This full-time role offers a 39-hour week, regular training, and clear career development in a collaborative Barcelona

Qualifications

Have a proficient or bilingual level of English.
Have one year of related sales experience.
Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written) including telephone and presentation skills.
Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization.
Demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls for commercial business development and account management of gold customers and partners.
Perform outbound calls to develop and acquire new business.
Log all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
Provide feedback on sales activity.
Identify right contacts at customers.
Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline.
