Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (English-speaking) in Barcelona, on site. You will manage inbound calls, develop business with customers, and maintain CRM records.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience, fluent English, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. The role offers a full-time schedule, training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of English
• Have one year of related sales experience
• Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
• Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization
• Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
• Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business Development of customers acquired / profiled on line
• Account management of gold customers and partners
• Perform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (it is in addition to call back for support tasks)
• Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time
• Give feedback on sales activity
