Job summary

Lingo-nova is expanding its international sales team in Barcelona, selling AI-powered advertising solutions to the Swedish market. You will win new clients, manage deals from initial contact to close, and hand over to onboarding.

The role features uncapped bonuses and a dynamic, target-driven environment. The position requires Swedish at C1 and English at B2 level, plus 2–3 years in B2B sales, pre-sales experience, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Background in pre-sales and lead qualification.
• Proven outbound sales and cold calling experience.
• CRM experience and working with databases.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with C-level contacts.
• Target-driven, resilient, results-focused mindset.
• Independent and team player with good organization and time management.
• Flexible in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email and social selling.
• Open new business opportunities and keep a healthy sales pipeline.
• Analyze client needs and present AI advertising solutions accordingly.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Meet and beat revenue and activity targets.
• Record sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams.
• Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
