The role offers a €30,000 gross base salary per year plus an uncapped on-target bonus of €5,175, plus health insurance and relocation support. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, target-driven environment with dedicated sales training.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in pre-sales and lead qualification.
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills.
• Comfort with C-level conversations and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a healthy pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Align AI advertising solutions with client goals.
• Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams.
• Maintain CRM records of activities and outcomes.
