Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven outbound sales and cold calling experience; able to source own prospects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with C-level contacts.

Responsibilities

• Reach potential clients via inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email, and social selling.
• Open new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Analyze client goals and present AI advertising solutions that match.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Meet and beat revenue and activity targets.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions where appropriate.
