Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish (C1) and English (B2).
• +1 year in B2B sales or related role.
• Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, ads).
• Consultative sales and lead qualification experience.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Present AI advertising solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Meet or exceed individual revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce or similar).
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success handover.
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase value.
