You will build relationships with major public and private hospitals and key surgeons, driving market development and portfolio optimization. Fluent in Spanish and English, you will analyze market potential, monitor competition, and ensure compliant, high-integrity commercial activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, fields like Medicine or Biomedical Engineering preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) mandatory; Chinese a plus

Responsabilités

• Strategic planning and execution of the annual sales plan for the region
• Analyze market potential and optimize product portfolio (Surgical Staplers, Bariatric consumables)
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and surgeons; engage KOLs
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies; monitor competitors and report to HQ
