Applied Medical is seeking an experienced Business Developer focused on operating theatre innovations in Spain. You will drive consultative sales for Horizon II products, engage surgeons, exchange knowledge, and support in-theatre procedures across gynecology, general, colorectal, and urology specialties.

You will travel frequently, build strong relationships with hospitals and clinics, and collaborate with local teams to implement strategic plans. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree level required.
• Solid experience with medical device products in sales, clinical development and/or marketing roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Located in Barcelona and willing to travel frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Identify key thought leaders and map market opportunities for surgical procedures.
• Build and maintain a network with hospitals, surgeons, associations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Field Implementation team to develop strategic sales plans.
• Coordinate planning and execution of events across Spain.
• Provide clinical expertise and support during surgeries and post‑op follow‑ups.
• Analyze market competition to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Act as an ambassador of the Applied Medical brand in competitive environments.
