HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials for executive, board, and investor decisions.

You will define the company’s long-term vision and strategic pillars, informed by market expertise and competitive insight, elevating strategy planning across the organization.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities in fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor, financial acumen, and ability to build business cases and P&L models.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Highly collaborative operator capable of influencing outcomes cross-functionally.
