HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to translate rigorous analysis into executive-ready materials for board and investor decisions.

The role defines long-term vision, strategic pillars, and growth opportunities, drawing on market expertise and competitive insights. Remote within Spain with a hybrid option from Mallorca for relocation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving in complex environments.
• Analytical, financial acumen including P&L modeling.
• Excellent synthesis, storytelling, and executive-presentations.
• Collaborative and influential, able to drive without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategy definition and multi-year planning with senior leadership.
• Develop market models and size opportunities within travel ecosystem.
• Lead market insights through primary research with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and monitor industry shifts for executive decisions.
