HBX Group in Spain is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence key decisions at executive, board, and investor levels.

This high‑impact role combines rigorous analysis with executive storytelling, spanning market insights, growth opportunities, and strategic planning.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles within complex, international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem‑solving capabilities, with experience leading high‑visibility initiatives.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market and competitive analysis, business cases, and P&L modeling.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive strategy definition and multi‑year plans (e.g. 3YP).
• Build a robust strategic fact base through market trends, performance, risks and opportunities analysis.
• Co‑define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide prioritization and initiative design.
• Lead Market Insights & Intelligence to size opportunities and inform actions.
