HBX Group, a leading TravelTech ecosystem player, is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver strategic priorities. You will partner with senior leadership to develop materials for executive, board, and investor-level decisions.

The role emphasizes rigorous analytics, synthesis, and presentation skills to elevate strategic planning across the organization, with remote work options within Spain and a hybrid path from Mallorca.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive strategy definition and management (e.g. 3YP).
• Build a robust strategic fact base through deep market and internal performance analysis.
• Co-define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership for prioritization and initiative design.
• Lead market insights and intelligence to size growth opportunities and inform actions.
