Arrow ECS Spain in Alcobendas, Spain is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Networking) to grow the assigned account base and drive solution selling with customers. You will work to expand market share and meet revenue objectives while building strong relationships with design teams and procurement.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of sales experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to travel occasionally. Spanish fluency is essential; English is an asset.

Formación

• 2-3 years of similar experience, with a can-do attitude, focused and determined.
• Availability to occasional business travel.
• Sales driven, customer focused.
• Fluency in both Spanish, English will be an asset
• Good presentation and analytical skills

Responsabilidades

• Working within an assigned account base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow's share of customer spend.
• Defining critical markets in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships ensuring a strong foundation for solution selling.
• Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets in the assigned account base
• Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
• Developing strategic account plans for the assigned accounts.
• Maintaining an acceptable knowledge on our competitors and the marketplace
• Taking ownership and managing account issues and complaints within your account base.
• Prioritizing time on the largest growth opportunities within the account base.
