Job summary

Arrow Electronics’ ECS Spain team seeks a Field Sales Representative for Networking to grow customer relationships and identify new opportunities in the Networking portfolio within Spain. You’ll develop strategic account plans, engage with technical and business decision makers, and drive revenue growth in a dynamic market.

The role requires proactive selling, an IT background, and strong communication in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of similar experience in field sales or account management.
• Availability to occasional business travel.
• Sales-driven, customer-focused with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop business within assigned accounts, expanding market share.
• Define target markets and build relationships to support solution selling.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with design opportunities and existing challenges.
• Develop strategic account plans for assigned accounts.
• Monitor competitors and market dynamics.
• Own account issues and drive resolutions.
• Prioritize time on largest growth opportunities.
