Arrow ECS Spain is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join its dynamic sales team. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify opportunities within the Networking portfolio, driving growth across assigned accounts.

You are a proactive, tech-savvy professional with 2–3 years of similar experience and a can-do attitude. Travel may be required as part of business development and territory expansion.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the business within the assigned account base and expand market share.
• Define critical markets in the assigned sales territory and develop key relationships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets in the assigned account base.
• Maintain relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and existing business challenges.
• Develop strategic account plans for the assigned accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and the marketplace.
• Take ownership of account issues and complaints within your base.
• Prioritize time on the largest growth opportunities.
