Job summary

Arrow Electronics ECS Spain is seeking a Field Sales Associate to join the sales team in Madrid in a hybrid work model. You will work with assigned accounts across Spain, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities within mid-market resellers.

You will develop strategic plans, coordinate opportunities, and stay current with industry trends to drive solution selling in cybersecurity, cloud and data center segments.

Qualifications

• Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud and data center solutions in B2B environments.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Native in Spanish and English; performance in bilingual environments.

Responsibilities

• Define markets within the assigned territory, plan strategies, and establish key relationships for solution selling.

We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain. You will work from our office located in Madrid in a hybrid work model.

As a Field Sales Associate at Arrow, you will work with assigned accounts from all territory in Spain. You will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities within your accounts. The focus is to develop mid-market resellers and build long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

What will you do?

• Define critical markets in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling,
• Develop a number of selected partners making them grow in the Arrow Solutions ecosystem, in both, brands and billing
• Present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service,
• Coordinate opportunity development of existing customers,
• Stay up to date with industry trends, news and vendors' portfolio.

Who are you?

• Experience selling Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Center solutions, preferably in B2B,
• Strong communication and sales skills,
• Native in Spanish and English B2
• Self-motivated and takes sales cycle ownership,
• Have interest in sales, IT solutions and you're number oriented.
