Job&Talent is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales across Spain, targeting large enterprise clients and expanding our staffing solutions nationwide. You will build and nurture relationships, drive opportunities from cold outreach to close, and participate in shaping our market approach with a data-driven mindset.
In this role, expect a competitive base salary with a strong commission structure, travel across the country, and a focus on high-value deals.
Formación
- Proven experience selling temporary staffing solutions in Spain.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Spain (25–50%).
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven with performance-based incentives.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute a Spain-wide sales plan to exceed targets.
- Engage clients and tailor staffing solutions to their needs.
- Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and events.
- Identify and close new business opportunities in Spain with compelling pitches.
- Contribute to the product marketing roadmap and cost-effective strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to refine tactics.
- Travel across Spain to meet clients and attend events.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and revenue forecasts.
