Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. The role requires native/fluent Spanish and strong English, with on-site work in Sofia and a relocation package offered.

You will handle omnichannel support, manage inquiries, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with international teams. We offer a competitive monthly salary, fully paid training and relocation assistance, plus a performance bonus and clear career growth

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English for multinational collaboration.
• Proven experience in Customer Support or similar client-facing role.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for on-site work.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver omnichannel support to Spanish-speaking customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolve complex inquiries with professionalism, accuracy and efficiency to maintain high satisfaction.
• Document all interactions in the CRM for seamless service continuity.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine processes and elevate support standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador with communications aligned to quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide precise information.
• Contribute to team goals through feedback and continuous improvement.
