Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Croatian-speaking customer support professional to join our relocation-enabled program in Sofia, Bulgaria. On-site role with full training, English for internal communication, and opportunities to grow within a multinational team.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, log interactions in CRM, and ensure high service standards while benefiting from a fully paid relocation package and a competitive monthly salary.

Formación

• Must speak Croatian fluently (written and spoken).
• English proficiency required for internal communication and training.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product or service information.
• Log, track, and update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams as needed.
• Maintain high service standards and meet performance targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and procedures.
