• Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team-based KPIs regarding response times and quality scores.
• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ideally with previous experience in Customer Support Services.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our multinational office environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced work setting in Sofia.
