Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish-speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to join our international client services team in Bulgaria. You will manage and resolve complex client inquiries, provide expert consultation on service offerings, and uphold premium service standards across a global client base.

Native or fluent Spanish is required, with professional English and a willingness to relocate to Sofia.

Formación

• Proven experience in a B2B or customer-facing environment.
• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with an international team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve complex B2B client inquiries through professional communication channels.
• Provide expert consultation on service offerings to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
• Maintain high service level standards within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and solution delivery.
• Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and contribute to team performance goals.
• Uphold the premium brand identity of our partners through client touchpoints.
