Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level technical support for iRobot consumer-electronics products.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues via phone, email, and live chat.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Assist with product setup, app integration, and firmware updates.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to deliver accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries.
