• Diagnose software and hardware connectivity issues for robotic appliances via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Stay updated on iRobot firmware updates and product advancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical queries.
• Participate in regular performance reviews to ensure service excellence and goal achievement.

• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
