Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Spanish Speaking Player Support Specialist to join a world-class team assisting players globally from Bulgaria. You will handle chats, emails, and tickets with a focus on a seamless gaming experience.

The role requires native or fluent Spanish and excellent English, with a passion for gaming and a proactive learning mindset. A relocation package and training are offered as part of the package.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proven customer service experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and empathetic support to players via chat, email, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries, account issues, and in-game transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current game titles, mechanics, and trends for Spanish-speaking players.
• Escalate complex bugs to development teams per internal protocols.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and response times.
• Contribute to improving support docs and FAQs for the Spanish community.
• Act as a brand ambassador and foster a positive environment.
