Mercier Consultancy Group in Bulgaria is seeking a French-speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist. The role focuses on handling premium gaming client queries, resolving payment issues, and maintaining security and compliance.

You will work in a multicultural environment, requiring fluent French and strong English, with a relocation package to Sofia and a clear path for career development in the Gaming & Esports industry.

Formación

• Native or fluent French (written and spoken)
• Valid EU passport
• Strong English for multicultural office
• Passion for Gaming & Esports industry
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve complex account queries for premium gaming clients via email and internal ticketing systems
• Ensure high-quality support for the French-speaking community within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction issues with precision
• Monitor and maintain account security in line with gaming industry compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical bugs reported by users
• Contribute to continuous improvement of back-office support workflow through feedback
• Stay updated on Gaming & Esports trends and provide informed assistance
