Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the frontline for Italian-speaking players, handling live chat, email, and social inquiries with a strong focus on customer experience in the Gaming & Esports sector.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian, have customer service experience, and are excited to work in an international office environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• EU passport valid (mandatory).
• Experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy with gaming communities.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and work in an international office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Italian-speaking player support via live chat, email, and social channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, account security, and in-game transaction inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, patches, and tournament events to assist players.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends or bugs in the gaming environment.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases to streamline support processes.
