Grow-Talent.com is searching for a Spanish-speaking Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to join our client's Dublin team. The role focuses on onboarding suppliers, managing partner relationships, and driving growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will leverage data to identify opportunities, manage a pipeline, and collaborate across sales and customer success functions. Relocation to Dublin is provided; hybrid model from Dublin with 3/2 schedule.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, customer success, or sales.
• Spanish (C1) proficiency required with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or online marketplaces is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships within your designated territory.
• Manage accounts directly to surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Analyze data to uncover strategic opportunities and drive growth.
• Onboard new suppliers within your region.
• Engage with software partners to support clients and ensure successful integrations.
