Grow-Talent.com is searching for a Spanish-speaking Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to join our client's Dublin team. The role focuses on onboarding suppliers, managing partner relationships, and driving growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will leverage data to identify opportunities, manage a pipeline, and collaborate across sales and customer success functions. Relocation to Dublin is provided; hybrid model from Dublin with 3/2 schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, customer success, or sales.
• Spanish (C1) proficiency required with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or online marketplaces is a plus.

Grow-Talent.com is searching for an Italian speaking Customer Onboarding and Success Manager, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.

Position: Customer Onboarding and Success Manager

Hybrid from Dublin (3/2)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships within your designated territory.
• Manage accounts directly to consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Analyze data to uncover strategic opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales growth.
• Onboard new, high-quality suppliers within your assigned region.
• Stay well-versed in technical integrations with software partners to offer effective support to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.
• Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing goals and targets.
• Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business.
• Proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive informed decision-making.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term goals with long-term initiatives.
