Grow-Talent.com is seeking a French-speaking Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to join our client's Dublin team. This role blends onboarding, account management, and strategic success initiatives within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will manage partner relationships, drive adoption, and optimize the customer journey while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in French (C1) for client communications.
• 1–2 years in account management, partner support, or customer success.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing goals.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or online marketplaces is a plus.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business.
• Proficient in CRM software and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytics, time management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships within your designated territory.
• Manage accounts directly to consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Analyze data to uncover strategic opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales growth.
• Onboard new, high-quality suppliers within your assigned region.
• Stay well-versed in technical integrations with software partners to offer effective support to clients.
