Job summary

Ringover is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager in Barcelona to ensure a smooth onboarding, help clients hit the ground running, and drive long‑term value from our SaaS platform.

You will build strong relationships, coordinate with sales and product teams, identify upsell opportunities, deliver tailored training on-site, and guide clients through changes to maximize adoption. This on-site role requires multilingual communication and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer success, account management or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset.
• Comfortable working with data, CRM systems and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class onboarding and ensure clients hit value quickly.
• Build lasting relationships to reduce churn and increase loyalty.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Account Managers.
• Conduct on-site meetings and training sessions as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client needs.
• Capture feedback to inform product and journey improvements.
