Job summary

CNX in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Spanish speaking) for an on-site role. You will handle customer requests, maintain SLA, and escalate issues as needed. The position includes full training, career development, and a fixed 39-hour week.

Ideal candidates are native Spanish speakers with English proficiency, basic sales skills, and IT knowledge. The role is based in a central Barcelona location with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• + Native Spanish speaker with proficient English and prior similar role experience.
• + Basic sales skills including upselling and cross-selling.
• + Comfortable working in a customer service environment with IT tools.
• + Good communication, listening, teamwork and stress resistance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and ensure SLA adherence.
• Escalate service issues when needed.
• Follow project processes and procedures.
• Provide cover for other agents as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors on projects as needed.
• Attend team meetings and support performance and quality.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
