Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona to join a global technology and services leader. You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This full-time role requires a bilingual Spanish/advanced English proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Zendesk experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced level of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or similar role is valuable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers’ needs via consultations and after-sales requests.
• Manage communications through email and chat with accurate information.
• Handle complaints, find solutions, and follow up for resolution.
• Build customer relationships through empathy and clear communication.
• Manage the CRM system and keep data up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Administration and other departments.
