Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (On-site) to support French and Spanish speaking customers. You will provide accurate information, log and follow up on orders, and handle post-sales inquiries within a fast-growing tech-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in French and Spanish with excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and prior experience in similar roles. On-site office in Barcelona with full-time hours and paid training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills across customer facing situations.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Previous experience in a similar Customer Service role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to our customers.
• Log and follow up on correct and valid orders or requests.
• Deliver high-caliber customer service on post-sales requisitions (logistics, warranties, refunds).
• Capture all required data elements in CRM as required by client training and policies.
