Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Spanish-speaking) to join our Barcelona office. You will respond to inquiries via email and chat, assess customer needs, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Administration to support processes.

The role is based on-site with full-time hours and a fixed salary. The ideal candidate has bilingual Spanish and advanced English, prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent or bilingual in Spanish and advanced level of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or similar roles is valuable.
• Strong written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers’ needs and handle consultations, after-sales requests, and general enquiries.
