OVRSEA is hiring a Spanish-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) in Spain to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for Account Executives. You will work closely with the General Manager and two AEs to expand our presence in the Spanish market, with initial focus on top-level decision makers.

The role emphasizes prospecting, inbound/outbound outreach, and ongoing learning in a sales-driven environment, with a path toward senior roles and leadership as the market

Formación

• Native Spanish speaker with good level of English; Catalan is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation using LinkedIn, Hubspot, email to build a strong pipeline.
• Prospecting targeted accounts and booking meetings for Account Executives.
• Measure and improve conversion rates; document approaches in the CRM for team reuse.
