Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Solutions Consultant to join our client-focused Customer Support Services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role offers relocation assistance and a competitive monthly salary with ongoing training.

You will analyze client issues, provide high-level support, document interactions in our CRM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver premium service. Fluency in French and EU passport are required.

Formación

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a background or interest in the Customer Support Services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude toward client engagement.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced international office environment in Sofia.
