You will be the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients, handling complex inquiries, and driving service improvements. A valid EU passport is required to facilitate your move.

Formación

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Act as main point of contact for Italian-speaking B2B clients.
• Manage complex inquiries within the CS/BS domain to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for service optimization and process improvement.
• Document interactions and resolutions with detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics on quality and resolution time.
