bsport is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative for the Spanish market. In this fast-moving startup, you will connect with potential buyers, build relationships, and help shape the growth of our wellness tech platform.

Based in Barcelona with an office on Passeig de Gràcia, bsport offers a hybrid setup (one remote day per week) and a strong growth path from Junior to Senior SDR, plus a competitive benefits package designed to attract and retain high-energy talent.

Qualifications

• Native level in Spanish and Catalan with proficiency in English.
• Clear, engaging and persuasive written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify & Target: Research and analyze market opportunities to uncover new revenue segments in your region.
• Engage & Convert: Use emails, cold calls, and social media to connect with key decision-makers and spark interest.
• Qualify Leads: Understand client needs and position bsport as the perfect solution.
• Collaborate & Share: Work closely with Sales & Operations teams to provide market insights and stay ahead of trends.
• Optimize & Track: Manage your pipeline on SalesLoft, using video and creative outreach to boost engagement.
