Qualifikationen

• Languages: Advanced English and native Spanish.
• 1 year of proven experience as a B2B SDR or in outbound sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading video calls and cold calls.
• Solid knowledge of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling).
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity with CRM tools and key metrics.
• Proactive attitude with ownership in a fast-growing startup.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to our vibrant city.

Aufgaben

• Identify and reach out to high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
• Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget and decision-making process, then hand off opportunities to Account Executives.
• Act as an expert on the Enginy AI platform and demonstrate its value for Spanish companies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns for the Spanish market.
• Track and report key metrics (outreach volume, reply rates, SQL conversion) to improve prospecting.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with Product and GTM strategy.
