Cross Border Talents is seeking a fluent Spanish speaker for a Lisbon-based customer service role. You will handle inquiries across phone, email and chat, delivering excellent service to a multinational medical device company.

Eligible to work in Portugal, you will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, with relocation support and Portuguese language classes offered. Starting date is imminent and performance bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish required for verbal and written communication.
• English proficiency at level B1/B2 is required.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute is expected.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Customer-focused attitude with willingness to learn.
