Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Lisbon to support a leading global streaming platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires fluent Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) and good English (B1), a 12-month contract, full-time (40 hours/week) with 8-hour rotating shifts, plus benefits including health insurance, flight reimbursement,

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2).
• Good English communication (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
