Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring Customer Care Specialists to support a leading global streaming platform. You’ll be the first point of contact for Spanish and Catalan-speaking customers, assisting with accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues.

This role offers a 12-month initial contract, full-time 40 hours per week with 8-hour rotating shifts, flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, free Portuguese language classes, and accommodation

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2).
• Good English communication (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• Flexible to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
