Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Catalan to support users of a leading streaming platform.

You’ll be the first contact for account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues, with a requirement for English at B1 level. This is a 12-month contract, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology
• Positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
