Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You will be the voice of the brand, answering queries through phone, email, and chat while delivering a positive customer experience.

Eligible to work in Portugal, the role offers a 12-month contract, full-time hours (40 per week), and a rotating shift. Benefits include flight reimbursement, health insurance, and free Portuguese classes.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email & chat online.
