Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You will be the voice of the brand across channels, assisting customers with questions and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract with a 40-hour work week and rotating shifts. Benefits include health insurance, flight ticket reimbursement, and free Portuguese language classes to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
