Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You must be eligible to work in Portugal and be able to work in Lisbon, which is mandatory.

The role is a 12-month initial contract, full-time (40 hours/week) with an 8-hour rotating schedule. Includes flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email & chat online.
• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
