Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join the Customer Care team for November and December. You’ll be the voice of the brand across phone, email, and chat, helping customers with questions and resolving issues.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon; the role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotating 8-hour shifts, includes flight reimbursement, health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email & chat online.
• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
