Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team for a short-term assignment in Lisbon during November and December. You’ll be the voice of the brand across channels, assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: you must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory. The role offers 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule with benefits including health insurance

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email and chat.
