Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team for November and December. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and rotating 8-hour shifts. Flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and relocation assistance are offered to support your move to Portugal.

You will handle calls, emails and live chat, delivering clear information, resolving issues, and maintaining a customer-first approach to every interaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email and chat.
